Small flower

INSTRUCTIONS
Using the A4 white card, measure up 6 cm inches from each side and cut across the length to 7 cm (do this on both sides of the card, then cut the corner out so you are left with an upside down T shape.
On the bottom of the upside down T shape fold down 7 cm, this becomes the roof, and the two sides pieces become the gates/walls at the side.
Using
patterned paper cover inside sides and back of white card; use the remainder to
cover side front panels of white card. You can ink this using distress inks to tint the edges and create dimension to the card.
Using
different size flower punches, punch out flowers from the pretty papers and leaves from green paper, this is to decorate the front panels of the
card at the end of the project. Again, use distress inks to give the flowers shade and colour. If you do not have patterned paper to use, using your spectrum nior pens colour in white paper to make your own coloured/patterned paper.
Make
up the decoupage/invertage/picture topper and stick to the inside back section of the bird house.
Using
the core-dinations card stock, cut 4 x 2 inch strips (short end strips) and
using a scalloped punch, punch down the long edge of all 4 pieces and layer up
on the roof to create a tiled roof effect.
With
the remainder of the core-dinations card, punch or die cut fence like strips and put on
the front side panels of the card to create a fence/gate like front. Decorate front with punched flowers and leaves
and add sentiment on the back of the card to finish.
This is such a lovely card to make for men.
Happy Crafting
